This website, https://silkpunda.ph, is operated by Flair Silk Company, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. We use the information you give us to process orders, arrange delivery, answer enquiries and keep business records.

What personal information we collect and why

An order includes your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, the products you bought and the payment provider's reference. A message or quote request includes whatever you choose to tell us.

Payments and service providers

Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal. We receive order and payment references, not your full card details. Service providers that host this website, store orders, deliver parcels, send email and support customer service receive the information they need to do that work, which can involve processing outside the Philippines.

Cookies and analytics

Essential browser storage keeps your basket and your cookie choice. Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag load only after you accept them. Use Cookie Settings in the footer to change your choice. The chat on this site processes the messages you choose to send.

How long we keep your information
